Terms of use

Last updated 2 August 2026

Pitch2Fund is free to use. These terms are short because the service is simple: we publish information about investors and help you write to them, and you agree to use it for that.

The service

Pitch2Fund gives founders a database of investors, tools to organise outreach, and AI that drafts pitches. It is currently free, with no payment path. We may change or withdraw features, and we will not pretend otherwise in advance.

About the data

Investor profiles are assembled from firms' own websites and other public sources, and enriched automatically. We show you where a claim came from wherever we can — each investment row says whether it came from the fund's own portfolio page or from the press, and each programme figure is published with the sentence it was read from.

It is still information, not advice, and it can be out of date or wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it. We give no warranty that a fund is still investing, that an address still works, or that a deadline has not moved.

AI output

Pitches, critiques and copilot replies are generated by language models. They are drafts for you to read and edit — you are the sender and the author of anything you send. Do not send a generated email you have not read.

What you agree not to do

  • Scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the investor dataset, or use it to build a competing database.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email. This product is built for precision outreach — a small number of well-matched investors — and mass mailing burns the dataset for everyone.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access gates, or the masking on public pages.
  • Register a fund account on a domain you do not work at.
  • Upload material you do not have the right to upload.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, without notice where the abuse is ongoing.

Your content

Your startup profile, decks and messages remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store them, to process them through the AI providers listed in our privacy policy, and to show them to the people you choose to show them to.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost fundraising opportunities, or business decisions taken on the basis of anything published here.
