Our directory contains business contact information about people who work at venture funds, family offices and investment firms — a name, a job title, a work email address, sometimes a LinkedIn URL, and the firm they work at. It is collected from firms' own public websites and other public sources, in the same way a professional directory has always been assembled.

On public pages, email addresses are shown masked (for example t•••••@fund.vc) — the full address is shown only to signed-in users of the product. We do not sell the data, we do not publish bulk exports, and we do not send marketing email to anyone in it from our own systems.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — the interest being to help founders reach investors who publish that they are open to being reached. You can object to that at any time.

To be removed: email hello@pitch2.fund from the address in question, or from your work domain, with a link to the page. We remove the record — and suppress it against re-import — within 30 days, and normally much sooner. You can also ask us to correct anything that is wrong.

We hold what the product needs to work, and nothing beyond it:

• Account: your email address and a hashed password, or the fact that you signed in with Google and the verified address it returned.
• Your startup:the profile you enter, and the pitch deck you upload. The deck is read by an AI vision model so the platform understands your company. Your deck and the AI's critique of it are never shown to investors on this platform.
• What you do here: pitches generated, pipeline cards, notes, copilot conversations, decks you build.
• Mailbox, only if you connect one: we ask Google for permission to send and for the address that will be sending — nothing that can open a message. We do not read your mail, and with the scope we hold (gmail.send) Google would not return it to us if we asked. What we keep is what you sent from here: recipient, subject and body of each email you accepted and sent, so your pipeline knows who has been contacted. Nothing is ever sent without your explicit click. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and disconnecting deletes them along with the correspondence records.

Connecting a mailbox grants exactly two things: gmail.send, which can create and send a message and cannot read one, and openid email, which tells us which address is sending. We do not request any scope that can read, list, label or delete your mail, and signing in with Google grants no mailbox access at all.

Pitch2Fund's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Concretely, data obtained through those scopes is used only to send the emails you accept and to show you what you sent; it is never sold or transferred to anyone else, never used for advertising, never used to develop or train generalised AI models, and never read by a person here — except with your explicit permission, to investigate abuse, or where the law requires it.

When you share a built deck as a link, we record how many times it was opened, how long it was on screen, the time spent on each slide, and which slide each reading stopped at. We deliberately record nothing that identifies the reader: no IP address, no user-agent string, and no cookie that outlives the tab. The one thing stored about a reader is whether they were on a phone, a tablet or a desktop.

• DeepSeek — text generation (pitches, the copilot, deck copy).
• OpenAI — vision analysis of uploaded pitch decks.
• Google — sign-in, and sending from your own mailbox if you connect one.

Your startup profile and deck content are sent to these providers only to produce the output you asked for. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

We set one essential cookie: an httpOnly refresh-token cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Account data for as long as the account exists. Delete your account and we delete your profile, decks, pitches, pipeline and conversations. Directory records are kept until they are removed on request or the firm stops publishing them.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or object to our processing of your personal data. Ask at hello@pitch2.fund and we will act on it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
